The Plummer-Worley School District is a small rural public school system located within the boundaries of the Coeur d’Alene Indian Reservation. Our students are educated in a diverse, supportive, and progressive environment. Student enrollment is 52 percent Native American, 47 percent Caucasian, and 1 percent other. The district hosts a number of foreign exchange students each year.
The district comprises the communities of Plummer, Worley, Tensed, and DeSmet. Lakeside Elementary is located in Worley (south of Coeur d’Alene 30 miles on Highway 95). Lakeside Middle School and Lakeside High School are located in Plummer. Plummer is 35 miles south of Coeur d’Alene and 50 miles north of Moscow. Spokane, Washington is a short 45-minute drive.
