QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a Native English speaker.
- Must have Bachelor's degree or higher (No experience required but
ENTHUSIASM IS MUST!)
- Must hold a citizenship of following seven countries:
USA, Canada, Australia, England, Ireland, RSA, New Zealand.
JOB INFORMATION:
- Work: Teaching English conversation to Kindergarten students to Adult students.
- Location: Schools and language institutes All over Korea
- Term: one year contract (renewable)
- Monthly Salary: 2.0-2.5 million won or more depending on experience
(About $ 2000-2800 USD but! low income tax such as 3.3 % annually)
- Teaching hours: 6~8 hours a day/ 5 days a week (M~F)
- Benefits:
- Medical insurance (50% paid by the employer)
* 2 ~ 3 % of your monthly salary will be deducted
- One year visa sponsorship provided.
- Round trip airfare provided. (from Us to Korea)
- Completion bonus provided upon the completion contract (equivalent to one
month salary.)
- Furnished housing provided (single or shared)
- Paid holidays, not including national holidays (1~2weeks a year)
- National pension (50%)
* 4.5 ~ 5.5 % of your monthly salary will be deducted
You will get this pension back from Korea Government when you leave Korea
at the rate of 8.8~10 % making double!
So when you finish your contract, you will receive
- Monthly salary
- Severance pay
- National pension (with 3 months from your departure from Korea)
= the total amount will be 3 times more of your monthly salary.
