The University of Charleston has three locations in West Virginia and offers programs online. The main campus in Charleston is located in the state capital of West Virginia amid magnificent mountains and rivers, with a panoramic view of the Capitol building across the Kanawha River. Charleston offers amenities of many urban settings, while also offering easy access to outdoor activities. The city is easily accessible by air through Yeager Airport (only 10 minutes from campus), by regional train and bus services, and by car using I-77, I-64, and I-79.
In January 2013, the University of Charleston opened two new locations. Nestled in southern West Virginia, UC-Beckley offers a range of student services and experiences including residence halls, dining, and student activities. The Beckley location provides easy access to a variety of exciting activities such as hiking, skiing, rafting and other outdoor activities.
In the eastern panhandle of West Virginia, UC-Martinsburg serves the needs of adult students seeking bachelor and masterís degrees. Conveniently located off US-81.
