Details: Milwaukee Public Schools is seeking qualified applicants for the following position(s): Montessori Grades 4-6 Teacher Location: Craig Montessori School Regular/Temporary: Regular Job Summary: A Milwaukee Public Schools (MPS) teacher provides an instructional program for regular and special education students which is appropriate to their educational needs and developmental level. The educational program is offered in an equitable, multi-cultural setting and teaches all children to think deeply, critically and creatively. The teacher's work supports the MPS strategic plan. Qualifications: Eligible applicants must hold an AMI or AMS Montessori certification. In addition, interested applicants must currently hold elementary state teaching certification or be willing to attain the required certification within one year of hire.
