Clover Park School District is the 21st largest public school district in Washington state and the fourth largest of 15 in Pierce County. The district is located immediately south of Tacoma. It encompasses 26 square miles in the western end of the county, serving the Lakewood, Fort Lewis Army Post and McChord Air Force Base communities.
Clover Park has 26 schools, including 19 elementary schools, four middle schools, two high schools and one alternative high school. The district also serves two specialty schools at Western State Hospital. District enrollment averages 13,500 students.
