Details: Arlington Independant School District invites applications for the following position Family Engagement Liaison Organization: Blanton Elementary Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Responsibilities: Facilitates an increase in the Family Involvement Program on individual campus Plan and implement family involvement activities Participate in district-initiated family involvement staff development, training, faculty meetings and special events; some at noncampus locations Maintain family involvement program records and files Coordinate parent volunteers and maintain attendance records of volunteers and parents Provide parents with community resources and updated information regarding campus and district Build relationships with businesses in the community to strengthen relationship between community and school Bilingual preferred, Spanish Translate as needed Misc Information: In order to minimize current campus disruption, currentTeachers and Teacher Assistants may only apply to job postings if the position is a promotion. A promotion is defined by an increase in salary grade or incremental stipend.
