Details: Arlington Independant School District invites applications for the following position Specialist - Advanced Academics Organization: Transformational Learning Qualifications: Education/Certification: Bachelor' Degree from an accredited institution Master' Degree (preferred) Texas Teacher' Certification Experience: Five years of successful classroom experience, including instruction in the AP, IB or dual credit area(s) Three years of administrative experience (preferred) Responsibilities: INSTRUCTIONAL MANAGEMENT Model effective teaching strategies through demonstration teaching Design and present professional development, in collaboration with the district?s Professional Learning department, using research-based AP and/or IB professional development standards Assist the Coordinator of Advanced Academics and Senior Director of Transformational Learning with: Evaluating and refining AP, IB and Dual Credit processes, procedures, and policies Coordinating curriculum planning and development within and across departments, when necessary Salary: Pay Grade: ADMIN 3 Days Worked: 212 Job Description: http://bit.ly/2vCEc2B
