Details: Arlington Independant School District invites applications for the following position Human Resources Generalist Organization: Assistant Supt of Human Resource Qualifications: Education: Bachelor' Degree from an accredited institution. Prefer an emphasis in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology Master' Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology (preferred) Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute (preferred) Experience: Minimum of five (5) years Human Resource experience with an emphasis in employee relations required Master' Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology may be credited toward two years of required experience SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Considerable knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Google Docs Ability to analyze information and covert related activities into comprehensive work plan Ability to communicate and make recommendations to upper management Responsibilities: The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for employee relations, compensation, talent acquisition, talent development, wellness and other employee related programs of the respective customer base assigned. This role acts as a business partner to the administrator, principal or functional manager to support the stated objectives of the organization.
