District´s Mission: Provide a quality education to all students so they will achieve their potential in a dynamic world.

The school district is approximately 20 square miles and includes all of the City of Worthington and the Village of Riverlea and parts of the City of Columbus and Sharon and Perry townships. The population increased dramatically from the late 70s to the mid-90s. Growth is now tapering off. In 1980 the population was 28,648; in 2000, it is estimated at approximately 55,000.
