The B.E.L.L. Foundation (Building Enterprises for Learning & Living) is a non-profit youth development organization that is committed to dramatically increasing the educational and life achievements of elementary school children largely residing in economically disadvantaged areas. BELL programs are designed to increase knowledge and mastery of the basic skills of reading, writing, and math; raise students' academic expectations and self-esteem; and support effective mentoring relationships between childre and positive adult role models.

BELL tutors work with students in small, concentrated clusters, maintaining a 1:5 ratio. Programming is 5 days a week, Monday - Friday, from 3:00pm to 6:00pm.

Vacant positions include: BASICs Tutor, Educational Advisor, and Site Manager.
