INDUCTION & SUCCESS
Our school system believes that support is the most important element for new teachers, especially in a time when accountability is the cry of the day. To insure that our employees and administrators are successful in their efforts with children, support is provided in a variety of ways. These efforts include mentors, coaches, and district level TOSA's, all of whom are available to provide assistance with classroom management, discipline, lesson plans, and other areas. Access a "Schedule of Activities" for initially licensed teachers for school year 1999-2000.
