St. Mary's County Public Schools is a quality preK through 12th grade system located in Southern Maryland. We are located on a peninsula between the Potomac River and the Chesapeake Bay. The system has 16 elementary schools, 4 middle schools, 3 high schools and 1 career and technology center. We also provide a comprehensive program for students with disabilities from birth to age 21, an alternative education program, evening high school, and summer school programs.
