Details: Kansas City Kansas Public Schools is seeking qualified applicants for the following position(s): Kansas City Kansas Teaching Fellows Program - 2018-2019 School Year Location: Kansas City Kansas Public Schools Job Goal: KCKPS Teaching Fellows Program - Immediate Teaching Opportunity for 2018-2019 School Year Have you ever wanted to become a teacher but never took an education course in college? Do you have a minimum of a Bachelor's,Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited college in English, Math, Science, Engineering, Technology, Accounting/Finance, ESOL/ELL or other content areas? Deadline for Receiving Applications - February 28, 2018 Kansas City Kansas Public Schools is actively recruiting for career changers who have an accredited Bachelor's degree, Master's' or Doctorate in the following subjects: English, Math, Science, Engineering, Technology, Accounting/Finance, ESOL/ELL, Business or other content areas to become teachers through the Kansas City Kansas Teaching Fellows program. The Kansas City Kansas Teaching Fellows program allows you to obtain a Master's of Arts in Teaching degree from an accredited alternative certified program or to obtain a KCK Certificate that will allow you to teach within our school district in accordance with the rules for the Coalition of Innovative School Districts and Kansas State Department of Education guidelines for alternative certification teaching programs. Completed Applications, with all required documents, will be considered from September 2017 through February 28, 2018. Fully completed applications will be considered for immediate interviews that will occur prior to the February 28, 2018 deadline. Primary Location: TBD (to be determined) Salary Range: Per Year Shift Type: Full-Time
