Details: Plainfield Community Consolidated School District 202 is seeking qualified applicants for the following position(s): Assistant Principal - Student Services Location: Plainfield East High School Date Available: January 1, 2018 Salary: Regionally competitive based on qualifications and experience Hours: 11 month position, full-time Description: - Understanding of and ability to improve learning/achievement - Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and listening - Ability to interpret data development and implement improvement plan and monitor and adjust plan to increase student learning/achievement - Knowledge and experience with Danielson Framework for Teaching - Knowledge and skills improving instructional skills of staff - Knowledge of Special Education services and the RTI process - Experience with a diverse student population - Ability to work with a wide variety of certified and support staff in a high school setting - Leadership skills and ability to organize and department initiatives - Ability to evaluate staff and identify development areas - Crisis Management Experience (LSW/L CSW/L CPC - Preferred) Qualifications: - State of Illinois Certification Requirements (Type 75-Administrative)
