Details: Hillsborough County School District is seeking qualified applicants for the following position(s): Speech-Language Pathologists Location: District-Wide Opportunities Additional Information: The Hillsborough County School District is actively recruiting licensed and certified speech-language pathologists (SLPs) and Clinical Fellows to serve our students. Applicants must have an active application and be screened through the Speech-Language Program office prior to interviewing at schools. A master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders is required for this position. Candidates who are currently enrolled in a graduate program in Communication Sciences and Disorders will be considered. Description: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLH) positions are now available in Elementary, Middle and High Schools. The speech-language pathologist is responsible for providing evaluations and curriculum-relevant treatment for students with speech-language impairments across grade levels. Collaborating and teaming with teachers and other school staff is required. Requirements include the following: Education: A master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. Applicants currently enrolled in a graduate program in Communication Sciences and Disorders will be considered. Certificates/Licenses/Registrations: Florida Professional Educator Certificate: Speech-Language Impaired K-12 or a Florida Department of Health License in Speech-Language Pathology. American Speech-Language-Hearing Association Certificate of Clinical Competence preferred.
